Paula has 18 years of experience in treating all musculoskeletal problems including spinal pain, sports injuries, soft tissue and joint Injuries. She previously worked in the NHS as an advanced Physiotherapy practitioner and also has extensive knowledge of managing Sports Injuries having also previously spent 5 years working at Preston Grasshoppers RUFC.
Having now established her own practice she is continuing to utilise her Masters level training. She is fully trained in acupuncture and Mat work Pilates and Equipment Pilates via the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.)
Kathryn is our fully qualified sports rehabilitation therapist. Specialising in sports massage, antenatal massage, Postnatal assessment and rehabilitation, Postnatal Pilates and treatment for sports injuries utilising her skills gained from her current additional role as Preston Grasshoppers RUFC 2nd team therapist.
Kathryn is the lead therapist for our Ante and Postnatal Services, our Truly Fit and Healthy class and also teaches some of our APPI Pilates classes.
Debbie qualified from University if Salford in 2002 with a BSc Hons degree in Physiotherapy. She is a member of both the CSP and HCPC. She is fully trained in APPI Pilates.
Debbie worked in the NHS for over 10 years and privately for 4 years gaining experience in many aspects of Physiotherapy including MSK, neurology, exercise classes for people with stroke and Parkinsons, rheumatology, older peoples care and rehabilitation.Debbie is also trained in Yoga, Reiki, Tai Chi and Meditation/Relaxation.
Sarah has worked within NHS Podiatry for 10 years, firstly as an assistant, before graduating in 2013 as a Podiatrist, specialising in all aspects of foot health, treatment & management. Sarah is looking forward to working alongside the rest of the team and further developing the podiatry services offered.

Debbie Olujic has joined the team and alongside her MSK and Pilates skills she is also highly trained in the assessment of treatment of neurological problems including post stroke care and parkinsons.
Having completed our building renovations we now have a dedicated Pilates gym room and we are now offering small group and 1:1 sessions on our brand new Pilates equipment - we have 3 reformers, arc barrels and other pieces of equipment to offer a fantastic service for all levels of exercise and rehabilitation.
